Dr. Foster received a PhD in chemistry from Harvard University and was a National Science Foundation Post-Doctoral Fellow at Stanford University. The nature of this work has been to elucidate fundamental feature of chemical reaction mechanisms from simple rearrangement to ionic reactions that can be applied to more complex systems.
