Cell Regeneration

Wound care is a well known issue for the diabetic population. Complications from diabetes are a major factor in the maintenance of open wounds. They can easily become infected or progress to a dangerous level if not cared for promptly and properly.

In order to assist the body in recovering from stress and rebuild tissue, one must reduce the concentration of unwanted by-products of accelerated metabolism, limit and/or repair any damage by free radicals and reactive oxygen species, help induce the repair of structural damage by normal body mechanisms, increase circulation and enhance local repair mechanisms and finally, support the creation of new tissue. While various aspects of the recovery process have been described by numerous authors and assailed by countless products, no manufacturer has designed a system that integrates individual substances that address each phase of the cell regenerative process without interference.

SOD/Gliadin has been shown in numerous studies to decrease oxidative stress under extreme duress, reduce lactic acid blood concentration during and after exercise, enhance the immune system, and have a general anti-inflammatory effect while functioning through a nitrous oxide (NO) pathway.
